Toltecs

Many years ago, long before the world was formed, there existed a race of beings known as the Toltecs. Originally from a distant star system located within a sister galaxy, they migrated to this sector of the universe in search of new forms of life. They were aware of the initial, vague signs of a new star system about to give birth. That star system was located in your solar system, and the birth referred to was that of your Earth.

The Toltecs' task at that time (and as it indirectly continues today), was to discover and observe any and all life forms that might exist on or about this newly formed planet. They would also oversee the formation and development of these life forms. Then, following eons of direct guidance, they expected to revise whole patterns of (incomplete) data -- based solely upon this one fantastic experiment with life on Earth.

The incomplete data referred to, that which is being revised even as we speak, will, once corrected, prove to be the key to harmonious relations between incredibly diverse cultures. The corrected data will also serve to remind intergalactic travelers of their unique association with evolving human spirits. Members of the human race, recipients of this self-denying cosmic action, must never forget their true spiritual beginnings.

Greetings! I am Aladora, one of the first of the Toltecs to come to the Earth during its inception. I remember that time well, for I was one of the most enthusiastic of my people to volunteer for this mission. My own supervisors warned me of the hazards we were likely to encounter, such as reversals of our own spiritual evolution, yet none of us balked at the purported dangers. We were much too proud and daring, and sought to be instrumental in the study of, and aid to, foreign forms of life.

When we first arrived, great amounts of radiation spewed forth from the central core of the Earth-to-be. Gaseous clouds dimmed our view, and chemical components foreign to our own experiences piqued our interest in the type and kind of life -- if any at all -- soon to be revealed. After many trips into the central core itself, we were satisfied that life on this planet could manifest and survive. It was only a matter of time before this would occur.

Initially, life on Earth consisted of little more than microscopic formations, what you might liken to single-celled protozoans. Later, amoeba-like protrusions could be detected. Later still, new formations were observed. These life forms were mutually dependent -- upon their own structural resources as well as those of their single-celled neighbors. Later still, as atmospheric chemicals began to coalesce, more advanced forms of life developed. These were often observed interacting with each other. Interaction, however, was limited to simple exchanges of life-perpetuating needs -- for example, the utilization of other's waste products for one's own subsistence. This was a common practice among basic life forms native to the Earth.

Following many more years whereby the Earth gradually became host to highly unique and mobile forms of life, we Toltecs decided to intervene for the first time. Fully aware of God's universal laws, especially those specifically outlining personal responsibilities associated with unnecessary intervention, we were at first hesitant to get involved. But, being of a scientific mind, and willing to bear the consequences of our own experiments, we went forward with our plans.

What we had wanted to do, besides simply study new forms of life, was to experiment with our own creative God-like abilities. Given the nature and purpose of existence itself, as we understood it to be, we felt that we needed to come to terms with our own limitations, if we had any. So when we initially learned of the planet that your system was about to give birth to, we were more than happy to use this opportunity to its fullest. That is why we came. And, as stated, we knew we were more than likely to intervene in the natural course of events. We were fully prepared to alter the slow and somewhat tedious evolutionary timetable.

I wish to interject at this time in order to let you know of our regrets. Given similar circumstances today, armed in knowledge born of painful experience, we would never repeat our foolish mistakes. Do not get me wrong. Our work with your planet has been rewarding in many respects. We did learn, and are still learning much that never would have been made available to us were it not for our direct involvement in your affairs. However, the price we have been made to pay can never be recouped. Not only did we irreversibly alter your progression, we hindered our own. We have been required, and rightfully so I might add, to oversee all developments of a planetary nature. By this I mean to say we are held accountable for everything that has anything to do with your planet.

Continuing with our story, it was at this time that we decided to quicken the entire evolutionary process. We introduced into your world chemicals of our own, components structurally foreign to your platform for growth. We hastened the production of materials used in propagation. We alleviated life forms of the need to overcome natural elements. In short, we created a laboratory setting conducive to controlled experimentation, detrimental to natural evolution.

Test Tube We dissected early life forms in order to better understand their mechanisms of existence. And in so doing we altered the genetic code. We cultivated new life forms in test-tube fashion, and we bred these with native specimens. We cross-bred simple life forms with more greatly developed life forms. We also caused the extinction of various life forms, inadvertently and through unanticipated scientific foul-ups. We did all of this and more in our unrelenting insistence upon tampering with the natural and holy course of events.

As the Earth slowly cooled, other beings from other star systems came to observe events on their own. Many had heard about the birth of a new planet; others came to take note of our experimental results. A few even came to destroy the Earth and sabotage our goals. I will speak more on these ones later. All in all, though, this was a time of celebration, wonderment and joy.

It took several spirals of a galactic movement before we began to suspect what was later to become painfully evident. Cellular division -- propagation -- would only occur under ideal settings. For example, even within the most controlled of environments, simple life forms would not divide unless surrounded by life forms of a like nature. When in the company of a cross-bred formation, cell division would not occur. This was later proven to be a valid expectation given the true nature and purpose of early life forms. This we were unable to discern, however, for we were much too impatient to begin with our experimentations.

Our options quickly became obvious. We could allow nature to take its course, following our irreversible interference. Or we could artificially create, individually and en masse, appropriate or ideal settings. We chose the latter course, allowing for a certain percentage of the affected specimens to experience the former. Of course, we would be responsible for all of life on earth, through overseeing the growth and maturation of affected specimens within our controlled environments, and through the allowingness of other formations to grow and mature unimpeded by further experimentation.

As expected, those specimens left to develop on their own quickly died off. Those within our care matured in a relatively predicatable fashion. That is, until other developments within your solar system began to occur in great rapidity. First of all, Maldek, an ancient planet originally located within the space now occuped by the asteroid belt, gave birth to a new race of beings, or more correctly, allowed a particular race of beings from the Orion sector of the Milky Way to begin incarnating upon that world. Because of the highly volatile nature of these beings, a new era of unpredictability was established.

At about the same time, another planet, Pluto, entered your solar system. It was spun off from a distant region within your galaxy. Its entrance was carefully timed, we eventually discovered, to coincide with the emigration and birth of new-race Maldekians. Later we will learn of Pluto's symbolic (astrological) significance in relation to this event.

Both of these events, along with others of a lesser significance, affected the outcome of our otherwise controlled environment. For the first time since beginning our experiments, physical mutations began to occur. At first the mutations were minor, insignificant deviations from the norm. It soon became apparent, however, that "minor" mutations are not insignificant, and that we were at a loss regarding how to curtail the increasing numbers now being reported.

An accurate account of the beginnings of life on Earth has thus far been given. As we continue, try to keep in mind the following:

1) Ancient recollections of this historical occurrence by racial beings who were directly involved are necessarily tainted. In other words, each revealer of the past affects reality to the degree that he or she played a role, directly or indirectly, in creating that reality. The perceived past is changeable by present and future events.

2) Deviations from ultimate truth occur within any and all historical accounts regardless of the "membership" or perspective of the apparent observer.

3) Intergalactic communication is faulty to the degree in which the transmitter (myself) and receiver (the author) are inharmonious to one another. As it is, we are both in harmony due to mutual inclinations. He was one to oversee later developments once the Toltecs lost control over earlier developments. He is one of many.

4) This account of Earth's historical beginnings must be given at this time. Humanity is at a loss regarding their own inception. As the "New Age" looms near, the "Old Age" must be brought to the surface for closer inspection.

5) Modern Religion and certain sectors of the scientific community will rebel against these teachings. Readers are capable of discerning truth in manners conducive to personal harmony. No one needs to accept as true that which is defined by general consensus. Look within.

As we continue with these teachings, new issues will need to be addressed. As long as the reader keeps an open mind, the truth will override all doubt. Now, let us continue.

Because of our concern over the type and quantity of mutations now being reported, we made a special plea to the "Council of Intergalactic Scientific Research." We requested their aid to solve this dilemma. They responded with a convoy of experts in biological science. These great beings came from all sectors of the universe.

Their findings, following a long period of research and testing, confirmed what we already knew—the mutations were irreversible. Their suggestion: to immediately implement a program of controlled insemination.

This program -- the Star Seed Inseminations, as it was later to be coined -- accounted for over one-half of all life forms at the time of humankind's division into male and female sexes (approximately 2 1/2 billion years later)! The remaining 40-45% were either mutations left to mature in their own fashion, or were the products of life forms allowed to mutate for greater periods of time before being inseminated by extraterrestrial volunteers.

Alien For one reason or another, throughout humankind's ascent from basic life form to present physical structure, complications arose. And although most of the Toltecs find it difficult to believe their role in the initial experiment was the indirect cause of future complications, that was the official verdict handed down by the Board of Regents elected to study this issue. Therefore, as stated, we remain accountable for all developments of a planetary nature.

I now wish to shift the reader's attention from the earliest beginnings of life on Earth to the earliest beginnings of plant life on Earth. This period of time occurred roughly several hundred million years ago. During this period of time the human spirit was being prepared to occupy physical structures calculated to withstand the potentially destructive higher octaves of energy. At this time new physical forms were also being created to accomodate lesser octaves of energy. Both highly mutated physical structures as well as the more appropriate "inseminated" physical structures were used in this regard. Later, when the human spirit would actually enter the various forms available, each form would prove to offer its own hindrances, in addition to inherent opportunities for ease of self-expression.

Before continuing, I'd like to elaborate upon the "Plan" as it was first conceived. The Plan was an elaborate gestalt of evolutionary (experiential) opportunities designed to stimulate and awaken a select group of souls to their own higher potential. It was conceived and expanded upon following the Toltecs' form-altering experiments. Actually, it was a case of making the most of a bad situation.

The Plan was an attempt by the Creator to allow aspects of itself to experience greater portions of itself within the context of physical form. In order to fully understand this concept we will have to explain the nature of spiritual growth.

Spiritual growth, as it pertains to the Plan, is twofold. The soul-aspect of the Spirit comprises the first part; the form-aspect of the Spirit comprises the second. In other words, Spirit manifest is represented by the life form. This may be represented by a single cell, a rock, a plant, a fish, an animal, or a man. Spirit unmanifest, or the soul-aspect of the Creator, is eternal, and can, according to The Plan, choose to occupy and "animate" the form-aspect of the Creator. (In essence, both are eternal.) Therefore, select groups of souls chosen to "live" within this particular framework may choose the form most appropriate for the sought-after experience. With few exceptions, this process continues to this day.

Returning now to the earliest beginnings of plant life on Earth, I must confess my own frustration at the odd turn of events. We Toltecs came to the earth in order to study and provide aid to budding life forms even before they could be detected. Now it was many, many millions of years later and we were bound to guide and support all developments on this planet until such time as all life forms are either completely exhausted, or until the very last selected or chosen soul ends its spiritual sojourn through the form-occupying experiences of the Earth. Friends, take note: the price to pay for interfering in someone else's growth, implied or otherwise, can be great indeed.

Souls chosen for the opportunity to incarnate into newly created physical structures came from several locations within Earth's very own solar system. Many came from Venus, a few from Mercury, others from Mars (very few), Jupiter, and Saturn. Uranus at the time was not being occupied for evolutionary purposes. Neptune was, and still is to a great extent, a meeting place for souls imbalanced in their overall spiritual development. Many from this realm are superior in certain respects, definite laggards in others. (Einstein sojourned here before returning to the Earth; so too did Mother Theresa.)

Some souls came to the Earth for the opportunity to experience greater self-expression. Others came mainly as volunteers to guide and support lesser octave souls who chose difficult physical structures. They came then, and continue to come today, on missions of love. The Toltecs are especially grateful for all they have done.

Still other souls, wishing to use the Earth as a platform for growth, came directly from higher octave aspects of the Creator itself. They are, for the most part, new to the individualized growth experience represented by a spirit occupying form. However, some of them also came to teach, mainly by example.
