Extraterrestrial Guide to Love,
Wisdom and Happiness

By Neil Z. Miller

Bodies:

Peerless Form

Your body is a vessel pure;
It's yours and yours alone.
You live within and must endure
Each cut and broken bone.

But did you know that every ache
And scratch upon your skin
Reveals the choices that you make
From somewhere deep within?

Your body is a traveling van,
A way to move about.
Of course, there is a lifelong ban
On getting in and out.

Except at night when you're asleep,
You sometimes park the car
And travel in your astral jeep
To a distant star.

Alien

Your body is a work of art;
A movie, show, and play.
Only you create your part,
So what will you display?

Your body is all this and more,
An organ of the earth,
Six billion that you can't ignore;
Each one has innate worth.

So when you meet some body new,
Reflect on what you learned:
Every body must be true
To what its soul has yearned.

Alien

Again, it's true, you're quite unique;
No body is the norm.
Be proud of your distinct physique;
--A life in peerless form!
